1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Georanc's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

Georanc provides Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) services, including:

  • AI visibility audits and analysis
  • Optimization recommendations and implementation
  • Ongoing monitoring and reporting
  • Consultation on AI search visibility

3. Ranking Guarantee

Our Commitment: For Optimization and Partnership tier clients, we guarantee to get you ranking in AI recommendations within 60 days. If we don't achieve this, we will continue working for you free of charge until you rank.

Important Limitations: AI platform algorithms are proprietary and subject to change without notice. We cannot guarantee:

  • Specific positions (e.g., "#1 recommendation")
  • Permanent or consistent visibility in any AI platform
  • Specific business outcomes or revenue increases

Our ranking guarantee means continued service at no additional cost — it does not mean a cash refund. All sales are final and non-refundable. See our Refund Policy for full details.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon agreement to services
  • All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced
  • We accept major credit cards and bank transfers
  • Prices are subject to change with notice for new clients

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information about your business
  • Grant necessary access to your website and relevant platforms
  • Respond to requests for information in a timely manner
  • Not engage in practices that violate AI platform terms of service

6. Intellectual Property

All methodologies, tools, and processes used by Georanc remain our intellectual property. Reports and recommendations provided to you are for your use only and may not be resold or distributed.

7. Confidentiality

We will keep your business information confidential and will not share it with third parties except as necessary to provide our services or as required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Georanc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate ongoing services with 30 days written notice. Fees for work already completed are non-refundable. We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if you breach these terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
